Our journey started in January of 2020 , we choose DM homes to build our forever home, with the help of our realtor Kim Willis Pieratt , Lynne Woodard Ross, and Brandy Lauer we could’ve not ask for a better group of people! In the middle of the build covid hit! DM homes did not waiver at all. They continued with the build and stayed on the time line for our closing on June 4^th! We both love our DM home and always recommended and will continue to recommend them to friends and family for their next home! Very well built!! Very proud to live in Caroline farms

We have reached our 1 year anniversary, and still love our home as much as we did the day we first saw it. We have looked hard to make sure that there was nothing that needed to be fixed before our home warranty was up, and we were not able to find anything! We love all of our immediate neighbors, and look forward to meeting lots of new friends this summer!!!

It was a wonderful experience working with the builder! They gave us great selections for my home. Watching it all come together was an exciting experience and they made it easy. We love our home and the neighborhood.
